Halloween Hullabaloo 2020

Centerra’s 14th Annual Halloween Hullabaloo community event is going Open Air – Movie Style in 2020!  Our family-friendly drive-in will feature Halloween favorites on the big movie screen  in the parking lot at the Centerra Marketplace, west of Jimmy John’s and south of Marshall’s.

We ask all vehicles with confirmed registrations to enter The Marketplace from the west – Hahn’s Peak Blvd. and follow the signs from Old Chicago all the way down to Mimi’s Cafe. If you try and enter from the east, we will ask you to circle around and get in line. View map on event page. 

Our free community event will benefit Loveland’s House of Neighborly Service (HNS) and the American Red Cross (ARC). Please note: we ask each car to consider making an onsite cash/check donation to HNS or ARC or contribute non-perishable items. A complete list of desired food and toiletry items can be found here. Donations will be collected onsite at each movie, after attendees have parked.

COVID-19 Safety Measures & Guidelines 

We are taking COVID-19 seriously. Safety for our event team and guests is our priority. This drive-in event will offer a safe space to abide by new guidelines and enjoy an outdoor movie experience. We are following all county regulations and beyond their requirements to make this a safe and fun event for all to celebrate Halloween.

Ticketing:
All RSVPs will be made online Eventbrite. This must be done in order to limit the interaction between customers and staff. Tickets are available online ONLY. Email requests and social media messages are not a form of online booking. You do not need a paper ticket to enter. We will have the name you registered with on our guest list. Tickets are first come, first booked.

The online ticketing system collects all data for COVID tracking purposes. Maximum 8 people per vehicle allowed, per reserved parking stall. No exceptions. 

Parking:
Vehicles must be spaced every other car and in a checkerboard pattern. You will be assigned your space, when you arrive based on your car type. Attendees with ticket confirmations may arrive at least 30-minutes prior to show time. Please be cautious, patient and courtesy when parking and exiting. We ask attendees to refrain from using car lights during the movie.

Stay in or next to your vehicle:
Stay in or next to your vehicle at all times. The only exception is to visit the restroom or to purchase food. Masks will be required if you are walking about our reserved parking area.

Outdoor Restroom:
Access to the Restroom is limited and the following procedures apply:
3 persons in line at a time (minor child or disabled companions may accompany). Face masks required. Restroom will have a hand sanitizer station. Please maintain 6 feet between you and the person in front of you.

Masks:
All Event Staff will wear masks at all times when within 20 feet of the public. We ask you to wear a mask when walking or entering to utilize the outdoor restrooms.

Violations:
ANY violation of our policies will result in being asked to leave. We must all comply with these CDC guidelines in order to maintain a safe experience for everyone. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Signage:
Signs provided by event host (per Larimer County guidelines) promoting health and safety measures will be posted throughout the event area.

Please note: If you do not comply with our safety rules and guidelines or if you arrive 30 minutes late after the start of the show, we reserve the right to decline you and your vehicle from entering the event. If you act disgruntle toward any staff member, we reserve the right to deny you access as well.
