2019 Sounds of Centerra

The Sounds of Centerra summer concert series returns to Chapungu Sculpture Park at Centerra on Friday, July 12 for its twelfth season! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and find a comfortable spot on the Great Lawn to enjoy this year’s line-up from local and regional musicians. The performances will vary from traditional melodies to classic rock to contemporary bands, offering something for everyone. The concerts will be held on the Chapungu Great Lawn from 7 to 9 p.m. every Friday in July and are free to the public.

Friday, July 12: Zimbira – Afro fusion, Afro pop

Friday, July 19: Soul School – Funk, R&B, Soul

Friday, July 26: The Six Million Dollar Band (Presented by UCHealth) – 80s covers

Friday, August 2: Wes Urbaniak & The Mountain Folk – Mountain Country, Americana

Chick-fil-A will also be on-hand with giveaways and cow visits. Also enjoy dinner, dessert and iced coffees from our participating food trucks:
