She\u2019s here to bring people together, create amazing experiences, and highlight everything that makes Kinston such a special place to live and visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Strong Foundation in Marketing and Hospitality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hannah\u2019s journey has been shaped by a passion for marketing and hospitality\u2014two fields that have prepared her to bring people together and create meaningful experiences at Kinston. After earning her degree in business management with a specialization in digital marketing from Colorado State University, she built a career in commercial real estate and hospitality, gaining valuable experience in branding, event planning, and relationship-building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her time in the hospitality industry, in particular, gave her a deep appreciation for the power of personalized service. Whether managing the details of a large event or ensuring every guest felt welcomed, Hannah developed a people-first approach that continues to guide her work today. At Kinston, she\u2019s excited to put those skills to use, fostering a strong sense of community and making sure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Experience Shapes Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her role as Community Experience & Marketing Coordinator, Hannah is focused on enhancing the Kinston experience for Hub customers, potential homebuyers, builders, and, of course, residents. She leads marketing initiatives, collaborates with Loveland and Northern Colorado community organizations, and plays an active role in bringing people together. Whether she\u2019s leading tours to help prospective residents feel at home, Hannah is at the heart of the Kinston experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a new front desk opening at the Hub, she now has more opportunities to connect with customers, potential homebuyers, builders, and residents, build relationships, and provide the high-quality service that defines Kinston\u2019s welcoming spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a longtime Northern Colorado resident, Hannah is deeply connected to the region through both work and personal passions. In her free time, she loves hiking Colorado\u2019s scenic trails, exploring local coffee shops, and immersing herself in the area\u2019s vibrant arts and culture scene. You can also catch her in the Loveland Concert Band, where she\u2019s seen firsthand how music and shared experiences bring people together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
