LOVELAND, COLO. — April 16, 2018 — McWHINNEY, developer of the award-winning, 3,000-acre master-planned community, Centerra, in Loveland, announced today that the newest building in its industrial portfolio is now fully leased. The 83,890-square-foot Centerra Industrial Two, located at 5135 East 37th Street in Loveland, will be occupied wholly by Toddy, LLC, who leased half of Centerra Industrial One last year. Toddy, LLC has been incredibly successful in growing its domestic and international business, creating the need to expand its operations, and will be taking full occupancy of the second building this summer. Mike Eyer and Jim Bolt of CBRE along with Kyle Lundy of C3 Real Estate Solutions represented McWHINNEY in the transaction.

“Toddy has been a great partner and tenant and we are grateful to provide the space they need to continue growing their business in Centerra,” said Ashley Stiles, vice president of development for McWHINNEY. “We know there is a need for additional industrial space in Northern Colorado and we’re happy to be in a position to provide it, while supporting local business’s growth opportunities.”

Completed at the end of 2017, Centerra Industrial Two includes 24-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, ESFR sprinklers and flexible space configurations. The property is located near more than 30 restaurants, 1.5 million square feet of retail space, three hotels, a health club, pre-K-8 grade STEAM school and high school, and miles of trails and open space. The site offers direct access to Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34, regional access to Interstate 80 and Interstate 70 and proximity to Fort Collins/Loveland Municipal Airport.

McWHINNEY is Northern Colorado’s premier developer with expertise in building office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality assets. The Loveland and Denver-based company has developed more than 6,000 acres and 6.5 million square feet of property across the Rocky Mountain region and West Coast.
