McWHINNEY Announces New Homes at the Lakes at Centerra
LOVELAND, COLO. – April 8, 2014 – Colorado-based developer McWHINNEY has started construction on The Lakes at Centerra, a 300‐acre residential site located north of Highway 34 and east of Boyd Lake Avenue in Loveland. The new residential neighborhood positioned within Centerra, a 3,000‐acre master‐planned community, is planned to include 791 rooftops at full buildout. The Lakes at Centerra will offer homebuyers a range of styles and designs, including townhomes, single‐family homes and low‐maintenance patio homes.
The Lakes at Centerra will incorporate the surrounding natural beauty of the region with an active and sustainable outdoor lifestyle in a vibrant neighborhood setting.
