McWHINNEY BREAKS GROUND ON NEXT CENTERRA INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN LOVELAND

LOVELAND, COLO. — April 16, 2018 — McWHINNEY, developer of the award-winning Centerra, a 3,000-acre master-planned community and home to some 7,500 daily workers, in Loveland, will break ground this month on Centerra Industrial Four. The Class A building will be the largest of McWHINNEY’s industrial offerings in the community, coming in at 123,000 square feet and will capitalize on the features that made Buildings One and Two successful, including a focus on the needs of warehouse distribution users.

Centerra Industrial Four is projected to be completed in January of 2019, and will include 24-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, ESFR sprinklers and flexible space configurations similar to those developed on Centerra Industrial One and Two. McWHINNEY, in developing and expanding its industrial portfolio, is focused on increasing industrial, warehouse and distribution facilities in Northern Colorado, where a growing number of technology and industrial-focused companies are looking to locate and/or expand.

This project is located near more than 30 restaurants, 1.5 million square feet of retail space, three hotels, a health club, pre-K-8 grade STEAM school and high school, and miles of trails and open space. The site offers direct access to Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34, regional access to Interstate 80 and Interstate 70 and proximity to Fort Collins/Loveland Municipal Airport.
