The Centerra Commercial Owners’ Association (CCOA) preserves Centerra’s unique landscapes and public settings by ensuring community standards are maintained
Governed by a Board of Directors, and overseen by a Community Operations Manager, CCOA enforces the Declaration of Commercial Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the “Commercial CC&Rs”)* – a flexible system of standards and procedures for the overall development, administration and preservation of the commercial portion of Centerra. All commercial property owners are members of CCOA. Contact CCOA about commercial governance and operations, assessment and fees, landscape and maintenance of commercial areas including snow removal, and commercial guidelines including compliance and design review applications.
