Conundrum Coffee Tasting Room is brewing again

Can we get a hallelujah? The Conundrum Coffee Tasting Room is back to serving its heavenly selection of cold brews and espresso drinks. 

Located right here in Centerra, Conundrum is an artisanal roastery and part of Toddy, LLC, the world-renowned maker of the Toddy Cold Brew System. Toddy moved its headquarters to Centerra in 2017 and has become a much-loved part of the community … especially for the coffee-obsessed. So when it closed down its public tasting room during the early stages of the pandemic, many hearts were broken. 

Those hearts are now rejoicing and once again reveling in Conundrum’s delicious variety of cold brews, espresso and teas. The Conundrum Tasting Room is located at 3706 Aldrin Drive in Centerra and is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Drop by for a flight of cold brews, try a signature Steamed Oat Willie or sample a single-origin or blended coffee as you watch the roastery in action.

We’re not exactly sure why they named it “Conundrum.” But we can only guess it’s because they offer so many amazing beverage options, you’ll have an absolute conundrum choosing one.
