RETAIL

A regional shopping destination

With a location at the intersection of I-25 and Highway 34, and with excellent visibility from both thoroughfares, Centerra has been the go-to retail destination for Northern Colorado for the better part of two decades. Supported by a strong regional customer base, including the many households, offices and hotels right in Centerra, the list of shops and restaurants here is strong and growing. And with new districts and residential villages coming online, and infused by a fantastic calendar of community programming and events, Centerra’s on-the-ground retail experience is becoming even more magnetic.

An actual shopping center

Highway 34 connects Loveland and Greeley. And of course I-25 links together the entire northern Front Range, from Ft. Collins to Denver. Which makes Centerra the bullseye of this quickly expanding region. And with over 2,000 homes (and growing) and over 8,000 people working here (and growing), Centerra offers a customer base that literally gets bigger every day.
