

The Centerra Commercial Owners’ Association (CCOA) is the organization responsible for maintaining a high standard of placemaking for Centerra’s unique landscapes and public spaces. Governed by a Board of Directors, and overseen by a Community Operations Manager, the CCOA enforces the Declaration of Commercial Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the Commercial CC&Rs) — a flexible system of standards and procedures for the overall development, administration and preservation of the commercial portion of Centerra. All commercial property owners are members of CCOA. Feel free to contact the CCOA regarding commercial governance and operations, assessment and fees, landscape and maintenance of commercial areas (including snow removal) and commercial guidelines for compliance and design review applications.
