Let’s get together and talk about our vision for Centerra South.

On Wednesday, March 22, 5-7pm, you’re invited to come to The Hub Welcome Center & Mountain Cowboy Brewing in Kinston for an exciting inside scoop as well as a nice frothy pint*.

You may have heard that we at McWhinney have a vision for a piece of land just south of Highway 34 west of I-25. The vision, which we’re calling Centerra South as a working title, is of a vibrant walkable destination that mixes a variety of homes and businesses with interesting shops, restaurants, a performing arts venue, plenty of nature and a specialty organic grocer. You can think of it as small-town Colorado but designed for today.

It’s an exciting plan, and we’d love the opportunity to walk you through it. So if you drop by The Hub around 5pm, you’ll be able to grab a beer* and some appetizers (our treat) before we begin our presentation at 5:30. Then we’ll have time for Q&A and some 1-on-1 sessions.

*Limited to one free beer per person and only available to attendees 21 years of age and over.
