McKee Wellness Foundation is so excited to host the 39th Annual Loveland Turkey Trot at a BRAND NEW LOCATION! To provide the highest level of care to patients receiving treatment at the new Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center at McKee Medical Center, the Turkey Trot is relocating to the home of our mission sponsor friends at Subaru of Loveland! The 5K will start at 8:30 a.m. at our new location (3930 Byrd Dr, Loveland, CO 80538). See you on Thanksgiving to run for a great cause!

 In 2021, all proceeds will benefit McKee Wellness Foundation’s Scholarship Program that is awarded to deserving local community members annually. 

For safety and insurance purposes, all runners and walkers must be registered with the event and be wearing a bib. Non-registered participants will not be allowed on the course.

What Is the Course?

The starting and finish line(s) will be just outside of Subaru of Loveland (3930 Byrd Dr.). Course map will be shared shortly!

Parking will be available at Thunder Mountain Harley Davidson (4250 Byrd Dr.).

How Much Does It Cost?

Youth Registration (17 & Under) – $25

Adult Registration (18+) – $35 (through Friday, November 12)

Late Registration – $40 (November 12 – November 24)

Race Day Registration – $45 (Thursday, November 25)

*All registered participants receive a long sleeved t-shirt

Why Is The Turkey Trot Moving To A New Location?

When And Where Do I Pick Up My Race Packet?

If you register before November 19, packet pickup will be on November 22 and 23 at the McKee Wellness Foundation office (808 W Eisenhower Blvd Ste 202, Loveland, CO) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Otherwise, packet pickup starts at 7 a.m. on race day. 

Will There Be A Virtual Option?

Yes! You can still register and get your t-shirt and run your Thanksgiving Day 5K from wherever you want! Virtual runners will not be eligible for prizes. For more info, email us!

When & Where Is Packet Pickup?

Packets can be picked up on Monday, November 22 and Tuesday, November 23 between 10-2 and 4-6 at McKee Wellness Foundation’s new office (808 W Eisenhower Blvd).

How Will Packet Pickup Work?
In order to pick up your packets, you must sign up for a slot on SignUpGenius. Please click here to choose a time after registering.

When you pick up your packets, please have the name of the purchaser to pick up all shirts associated with the order. To promote social distancing measures, we ask that only one person per order picks up packets in person. To pick up for more than one group, email laura@mckeefoundationco.com to coordinate. Packet pickup includes a swag bag with sponsorship items.

Will The Race Be Timed?
Yes, all bibs are chipped! Top three runners in each age group will get a limited edition medal along with a pie to bring home!

Who Does This Event Benefit?

One of the things that makes the Loveland Turkey Trot special is that it’s not-for-profit. 100% of proceeds benefit the McKee Wellness Foundation, which supports our Northern Colorado community by bridging the gaps in health and wellness. In 2021, all funds will go towards MWF’s Scholarship Program that helps local community members with educational scholarships.

Can I Bring My Stroller?

Yes, but strollers will need to begin the race at the back of the pack. For specific questions, email info@mckeefoundationco.com

Can I Bring My Dog?

Service animals are allowed, but please leave your other furry friends at home!

Can I Show Up Without Registering?
