If you’re in the market for a car, you’ll find it at the Motorplex at Centerra, the largest automotive complex in northern Colorado, with seven different new-car dealers and the nation’s largest used-car dealer franchise.
Promenade Shops at Centerra
Promenade Shops at Centerra is Northern Colorado’s premier shopping destination. Located east of Interstate 25 off of Highway 34, the center boasts over 70 major retailers, boutique shops and restaurants; a Main Plaza that features seasonal events; and walking paths to Chapungu Sculpture Park. The center was developed by McWHINNEY in 2005 in partnership with Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers.

Where else but somewhere exceptional would you find a park filled with 82 hand-carved stone sculptures ─ the only permanent exhibit of its kind in the United States ─ that is named after the Chapungu, an African eagle considered to be an omen of good fortune?
By creating Chapungu Sculpture Park, Centerra is enriching Loveland’s already-stellar reputation as a destination for fine art, with its robust Art in Public Places program, galleries, museums and, of course, the annual Sculpture in the Park show and sale, the largest outdoor juried exhibition in America.
But there is more to Chapungu Park than sculptures; you and your family can enjoy the Sounds of Centerra free concert series held there summer evenings as well.
Centerra is built on the idea of promoting an active lifestyle for all who live and work here. Designed around four miles of walking/biking trails, it’s a perfect community for getting out, breathing the fresh air and getting some exercise. There are an additional 26 miles of recreation trails in Loveland that you can access off Highway 34.
You can join others in the pursuit of health and wellness at Genesis Health Club or out on the miles of trails at Centerra. Or maybe recover from a strenuous workout with a massage at Massage Heights. The family-friendly Loveland Classic, a fundraiser for early childhood education, has 5- and 10-K options and draws a crowd around the lakes each spring.
