Landmark Homes Adding Residential Units at Centerra

LOVELAND, CO. – MAY 12, 2011 – While the economic growth in Northern Colorado continues to improve slowly, the residential development is continuing to position itself to capitalize on Northern Colorado’s growth with strategically located residential developments in Loveland.

Lakeshore Condominiums, built by Landmark Homes, is the latest residential project at Centerra located off Hahns Peak Drive just west of Eagle Ridge Apartments. Lakeshore Condominiums, LLC purchased the land from Lennar in August of 2010 and began the first phase of construction in February.

The announcement to complete the remaining 88‐units at Lakeshore does not come as a surprise. The condominium units will be priced between $136,900 and $143,900, priced comparatively to the adjacent Lennar Lakeshore and McStain condos to the southwest. The condo units on the far north side of the development will enjoy waterfront views of Equalizer Lake.
