Meet Jim Tolstrup, Executive Director of High Plains Environmental Center. Jim joined the team in 2007 and has worked tirelessly toward the center’s goals ever since. He played a huge role in getting Centerra designated as Colorado’s first Certified Community Wildlife Habitat in 2018 and hasn’t stopped there. Meet Kelley Driscoll. With a passion for nature, she moved to Northern Colorado after college looking to work at an environmental non-profit. Now almost five years later, Kelley is the Community Services Coordinator at High Plains Environmental Center and passionately connects and educates the Centerra community about wildlife, plants and stewardship.
