Construction Complete at North Medical Office Building at Centerra
LOVELAND, CO – March 11, 2009 – McWHINNEY is proud to announce the construction completion of the second Medical Office Building at Centerra, which is directly connected to the north side of Poudre Valley Health System’s Medical Center of the Rockies. The North Medical Office Building, 2500 Rocky Mountain Avenue, is home to Medical Clinic at Centerra, P.C., which is part of the Greeley Medical Clinic family.
The North Medical Office building encompasses 85,000 square feet with Medical Clinic at Centerra, P.C. occupying half of the building. The Medical Clinic at Centerra employs an estimated 120 staff and provides access to 25 physicians.

The North Medical Office Building offers patients easy access to physicians, the synergy of multiple practices and specialties, generous parking and immediate enclosed connectivity to the hospital.

George Hayes, MCR president and CEO, said the North Medical Office Building is a huge step in the ongoing development of the 91-acre MCR campus. This is the second medical office building to open on the campus. The building of the regional hospital included the construction of the South Medical Office Building. Both opened in February 2007.

Available space at the North Medical Office Building includes 41,000 square feet, which can accommodate up to another 20 providers.
