Constant Contact Chooses Centerra for Corporate Expansion
Realberry is proud to announce that Constant Contact®, Inc., a leading provider of email marketing and online surveys for small organizations, has chosen Centerra as its second location to expand beyond its corporate headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts. Slated to complete a build-to-suit, 50,000 square foot office building in Precision Office Park, Constant Contact expects to employ 50 workers at its Centerra location by year end.

Loveland’s Walk MS will be celebrating its 20th anniversary by stepping its way towards a cure on Saturday, May 10 at Chapungu Sculpture Park at Centerra, located just east of The Promenade Shops. This event will be the first Walk MS in Colorado to go green by providing recycling and leaving zero waste.
EARTHday08 at Centerra – April 26
Spend a day to give back to the Earth. Centerra’s inaugural EARTHday08 event is Saturday, April 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Old Canal Park. A volunteer-led planting project along with a Live Local Fair will celebrate Earth Day and provide participants the opportunity to learn how they can contribute to making the world a better place.

Realberry to Offer Reward on Holiday Lighting Theft at Centerra
Realberry is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the theft of holiday LED lights in recent weeks at Centerra. To date, more than $7,000 worth of lighting has been stolen from displays at various Centerra locations. In addition, the thefts have caused damage to the some of the remaining displays as well as to the trees and landscaped areas.

A weekend-long holiday festival that harkens back to time-honored Yuletide traditions will take place in Centerra at the Chapungu Sculpture Park on December 8-9.
