As local as it gets

Your Mountain Cowboy hosts, Loveland residents Ron and Michelle Yovich, have long been purveying handmade brews and shareables at the original Fredrick, Colorado, location and are proud to bring their craft to Kinston. Along with their philosophy which is summed up with the Danish word hygge (pronounced hu-guh), meaning simply, “get comfortable.”

More than a taproom

All ingredients that can be, are locally sourced. Pastries are made from scratch and even the coffee is roasted in-hose. In addition to local brews (try the Kinston Kolsch), craft cocktails and good wine is served. Expect food trucks to visit often, supplementing the already inspired menu. Live music and trivia nights invite all to kick back, relax and … well, hygge.
