A new chapter for Kinston is officially breaking ground!

Join your Kinston neighbors as we celebrate the groundbreaking of Kinston Commons, our new community amenity designed to bring residents together, get active and create even more ways to enjoy life at Kinston.

Hear from the Kinston development team, Realberry and Community Life team as they share a look at what’s ahead, then raise a shovel and celebrate this exciting milestone with your neighbors. Enjoy delicious appetizers from The Hub Café, which will soon have its very own food stand at Kinston Commons, while listening to live bluegrass from The Hummin’Birds.

Guests can also enjoy custom Kinston swag giveaways and capture the moment with an official groundbreaking shovel photo, because you’ll want to remember the day it all began!

When it’s all finished, Kinston Commons will feature two pools (a leisure pool and lap pool), a fitness room, playground, pickleball courts, basketball court and plenty of gathering spaces designed for residents to connect, play and enjoy the outdoors.
