Centerra Partners with CSU Students for Landscape Design
Striking red, orange, and magenta line the entrances and medians at Centerra this summer due to some “green and gold” ingenuity. For the second year, Centerra partnered with Colorado State University (CSU) Landscaping and Contracting students in a landscaping design competition that provided the design of the flower beds and the selection of annuals positioned at Centerra’s highly visible main entrances.
Sounds of Centerra Concerts Begin July 19
Jazzy funk, country melodies, and oldies but goodies are just a few of the musical beats to sway through Chapungu Sculpture Park at the first Sounds of Centerra summer concert series beginning Saturday, July 19 at 7:30 p.m. The concert stage is located at the northwest end of Chapungu Sculpture Park, east of The Promenade Shops at Centerra (east of Macy’s). Admission to Sounds of Centerra is free.

High Plains Environmental Center (HPEC) announced EMC Corporation as the 2008 corporate champion of Centerra’s Bike to Work Day Business Challenge. EMC had 40% of their employees bike to work on June 25, making it the Centerra business with the highest participation on Bike to Work Day.
The Loveland Classic at Centerra Runs into Town July 26
To benefit Thompson Valley Preschool and Realities for Children Triumph Awards, Loveland Road Runners and Centerra present the 2008 Loveland Classic at Centerra on Saturday, July 26 at 7:00 a.m. In addition to being the third run in the Healthy Kids Run Series, the Loveland Classic also includes a 5K and 10K race option, which guarantees fun for the entire family.
