Constant Contact Chooses Centerra for Corporate Expansion

Realberry is proud to announce that Constant Contact®, Inc., a leading provider of email marketing and online surveys for small organizations, has chosen Centerra as its second location to expand beyond its corporate headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts. Slated to complete a build-to-suit, 50,000 square foot office building in Precision Office Park, Constant Contact expects to employ 50 workers at its Centerra location by year end.

SAFEbuilt Inc. Moves to Centerra

SAFEbuilt, Inc., a leading and national provider of building department services for public agencies, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Windsor to Precision Drive Business Park at Centerra, bringing 12 jobs to Loveland. The move will establish its corporate headquarters in Precision Building Two, located at 3855 Precision Drive and Rocky Mountain Avenue. The 9,145 square foot office condominium will be ready for occupancy in August and is designed to accommodate SAFEbuilt’s expansion plans of 25% growth in 2008.

Rangeview Three at Centerra Building Blends Tenant Productivity and Environmental Responsibility

Realberry is proud to announce the construction completion of Rangeview Three, the latest example of Realberry’s commitment to building sustainable communities. The company’s previous Rangeview One and Rangeview Two buildings incorporate some elements of sustainable building features. Rangeview Three, a 61,000-square-foot Class A office building, takes it one step further in pursuing silver certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core and Shell rating system.

Realberry to Offer Reward on Holiday Lighting Theft at Centerra

Realberry is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the theft of holiday LED lights in recent weeks at Centerra. To date, more than $7,000 worth of lighting has been stolen from displays at various Centerra locations. In addition, the thefts have caused damage to the some of the remaining displays as well as to the trees and landscaped areas.
