A weekend-long holiday festival that harkens back to time-honored Yuletide traditions will take place in Centerra at the Chapungu Sculpture Park on December 8-9. Realberry is pleased to announce the first Centerra Holiday Jubilee, a free event that embodies the spirit of the holidays with activities the whole family will enjoy.
Retailers at Loveland’s Centerra community are having a banner year and, despite predictions of a slow 2007 holiday retail season, are expecting ringing cash registers throughout the holiday season. The Marketplace at Centerra and The Promenade Shops at Centerra as well as neighboring Outlets at Loveland merchants are eagerly awaiting the traditional “Day After Thanksgiving” start to the holiday retail selling season and are expecting heavy traffic and significant sales increases.
Hues of sparkling white and sapphire blue will twinkle throughout Centerra in greater number and in new places this holiday season. Realberry has grown the ever popular Holiday Lighting Program from 3,600 Light Emitting Diode (LED) strands in 2006 to nearly 14,000 LED strands this year.
Realberry is pleased to announce Blazen Illumination’s seasonal Holiday Lighting Center has joined The Marketplace at Centerra, the largest power center in Northern Colorado, located at Interstate 25 and Highway 34 in Loveland. Situated next door to Staples at The Marketplace (1661 Fall River Drive), the Holiday Lighting Center is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. October 20 through December 24.
Realberry and The Marketplace at Centerra are joining forces this Halloween season by hosting a ‘spooktacular’ day of family fun at the “Halloween Hullabaloo” on Saturday, October 27 from noon to 4 p.m. at The Marketplace at Centerra, located off Highway 34 in Loveland (west of I-25).
Starting October 18th, drivers can take a new north-south route from Windsor to Loveland. Realberry and the Centerra Metropolitan District are pleased to announce the construction completion of a 1.5 mile stretch of Centerra Parkway (County Road 5) from Highway 34 north to Crossroads Boulevard. This 1.5 mile connection to County Road 5 creates a 14-mile parallel arterial route east of Interstate 25 from Highway 34 north to Highway 14 in Fort Collins.
An African stone art oasis in Loveland has been created at the Chapungu Sculpture Park at Centerra. Realberry is excited to announce the completion of the 26-acre Chapungu Sculpture Park at Centerra, located just east of the Promenade Shops at Centerra.
Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery will tap into German food and beer traditions during its annual Rocktoberfest celebration featuring a limited time Bier Garden Menu that includes four new menu items and reintroduces Rock Bottom’s signature Asiago Cheese Dip.
Loveland Road Runners, in conjunction with title sponsor Centerra, contributed $9,500 to Thompson Valley Preschool, the beneficiary of the 2007 Loveland Classic at Centerra. This amount of proceeds is double what was raised in 2006. In its first year at Centerra, over 250 registered runners and over 40 volunteers took part in the race to benefit the Preschool.
