In a recent City of Loveland analysis of total taxes and fees paid by auto purchasers in the areas of Fort Collins, Centerra, Windsor, and Greeley, it was determined that taxes paid while buying a vehicle at the Motorplex at Centerra were very close to, or much less than, surrounding areas.
