Bass Pro Shops, America’s most popular outdoor store, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Realberry, a Loveland-based developer, to anchor a major new development at Centerra. Located in the heart of Northern Colorado’s commercial and retail hub, the new development will be built at the northeast corner of Interstate 25 and Highway 34.
